Served by some lovely members of staff and especially by a gentleman called Tom . Tom was super lovely and went above and beyond to make me and my friends happy . Absolute credit to the company. Super clean inside and amazing service. Will definitely be coming back again :)

I popped into the Jackswood store yesterday and was served by both Hannah and Jake. Their super friendly and efficient service made my day. They went out of their way to assist me and made me feel more than welcome. Well done! They are both a great asset to the Costa franchise and I'll definitely pop in again when I'm next in the area.

Nice Costa Coffee on the edge of Ellesmere Port and close to M53 junction 8. The options are sit in, takeaway or drive thru. Lovely place to sit and relax. I sat in reading my paper and enjoyed a cheese and tomato toastie with a cappuccino. There's indoor and outside seating. Plenty of free parking and there's a petrol station near it.

Me and my family go here regularly (especially my grandad). All the staff are amazing. They are all so friendly and clearly work as a team. Quick to help you and very personable. Love the remodel even though we didn't like having to go somewhere else whilst it was being done . Well done team, costa should really take note of this store.

Staff always do their best. The team are friendly and care about getting it right for customers. Sometimes, the store is understaffed during busy periods, with only 2 people on when there is a queue on front and in the DT lane. Drinks are always good!
